What we build, and what we keep running
Four practice areas. Each one is backed by systems we operate in production today, not by slide decks.
Electronic tax invoicing
Issuing tax documents before the Ministry of Finance of El Salvador is regulated work with little room for error: official schemas, digital signature, and a plan for the days the authority is unreachable.
We have been doing it in production since the mandate took effect.
As a service
Your company issues through TQFactura. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain.
Into your current system
Published libraries for JavaScript and Python, so the system you already run starts issuing without being rewritten.
From inside Odoo
Our own modules issue tax documents from the ERP your team already uses every day.
Contingency handling
If the authority or the connection fails, documents are stored and retransmitted automatically once service returns.
Odoo implementation and localization
Most implementers can configure Odoo. Far fewer have written the Salvadoran localization themselves and keep it current with the tax authority.
We maintain four modules of our own.
Salvadoran localization
Tax identifiers, official catalogues, economic activities and the document types the authority requires.
Multi-branch operations
Branches and points of issue with the official codes, and accounting separated by branch.
Tax documents from the ERP
Issue, sign and transmit without leaving Odoo or duplicating data entry.
Migration and go-live
Data migration, parallel running and training, so the switch happens on a date you choose.
Custom platforms
Your web or mobile platform built on TQSphere, which already resolves what normally consumes the first months of a project.
The project spends its budget on what makes your business different.
Already solved
Users and roles, two-step verification, payments, scheduling, proximity search, notifications and audit trail.
Built for you
The modules that carry your business rules, and the administration panel your team operates.
Mobile applications
Published to the stores, with the review process handled. We have done it before.
Integration with your systems
Two-way connection with the ERP, the payment gateway or whatever your operation already depends on.
Infrastructure and managed operations
Software that nobody operates stops working. We run the platforms we build, and we run the ones our clients already had.
This is the unglamorous half of the job, and the half that decides whether the other half survives.
Corporate email
Your own domain, your own webmail, and the records that keep your mail out of spam folders.
Servers and certificates
Provisioning, renewals, separated environments and backups that are actually restored and tested.
Monitoring
Dashboards on service health and response times, so problems are found before your customers find them.
Incident response
A named contact, agreed response times, and a written account of what happened after each incident.
Let us talk about your project
Book a meeting and we will show you the system working on a real case, not on slides.
