Corporate email

TQMail

Corporate email with your own domain and your own webmail, running on your servers. Your correspondence stays where you decide it stays.

The problem

Two bad options, and a third one

Companies that want email on their own domain usually choose between renting it from a large provider, where the correspondence lives on somebody else's servers, or running their own mail server and handing the staff a webmail that looks two decades old.

TQMail is the third option: your server, a webmail people actually want to use.

Your domain, your mailboxes

Addresses at your own domain, hosted where you decide, with the quota you define for each person.

Nothing proprietary

It runs on standard mail servers, Postfix and Dovecot. Your mail is not trapped in anyone's format.

Any client still works

Standard IMAP and SMTP, so Outlook, Thunderbird or a phone keeps working alongside the webmail.

Branded as yours

The webmail carries your company's identity, not a provider's logo.

What it includes

A webmail built for daily work

Not a demonstration of what can be done with IMAP, but the client a team uses eight hours a day.

Your real folder tree

Inbox, sent, drafts, junk, archive and every folder your team has created, exactly as they are on the server.

Search and filters

Find a message by sender, subject or content, sort it, and narrow it down without leaving the list.

Two ways to read

List with a reading pane, or list alone for people who prefer the full width. Each person chooses.

Quota in sight

Each person sees how much of their mailbox they have used, before it fills up and mail starts bouncing.

Contacts and attachments

An address book of your own, and attachments visible from the list without opening the message.

Spanish and English

The interface switches language with one click, for teams that are not all in the same one.

Why it matters

Your correspondence is your business

Quotations, contracts, claims, the whole history with a client. That is usually the most sensitive archive a company has, and it is routinely the one that gets the least thought.

With TQMail it sits on your infrastructure, under your rules.

You keep the archive

If one day you change provider, the mail does not have to be rescued: it was already yours.

Predictable cost

You are not charged per mailbox per month. Adding people does not change what you pay.

Operated, not just installed

We run the server, the backups, the certificates and the records that keep your mail out of spam folders.

In daily use

It is the mail our own team uses, and the one we run for the clients whose mail we operate, administered with MailAdmin.
