Odoo for retail and food service, with electronic invoicing built in
Most implementers can configure Odoo. Very few wrote the Salvadoran localisation themselves and keep it current with the tax authority. We did, and we support what we implement.
Odoo is not installed and left alone
The implementation ends, the consultant leaves, and the system starts drifting. The version falls behind, the tax rules change, and the custom modules break with the next upgrade.
A year later the company is running on a version nobody wants to touch.
Versions left behind
Upgrading gets postponed until it is a project of its own, and by then it is harder and more expensive.
A localisation nobody maintains
Tax rules change by decree. A localisation that is not kept current stops being compliant quietly.
Invoicing bolted on the side
Issuing tax documents outside the ERP means capturing the same data twice and reconciling it by hand.
Nobody to call
Functional questions pile up because the person who configured it is no longer available.
Implementation, custom development and ongoing support
The whole life of the system, not only the launch.
Version migration
Moving a live company to a current version, carrying its data and its custom modules across, without stopping the operation.
Modules written from scratch
When the business rule does not exist in Odoo, we write the module instead of bending the company to fit the software.
Salvadoran localisation
Tax identifiers, official catalogues, economic activities and document types. Four modules written and maintained by us.
Electronic invoicing inside the ERP
Issue, sign and transmit tax documents without leaving Odoo, through the same platform we operate for direct clients.
Point of sale and branches
Several branches and issuing points with their official codes, inventory across locations and accounting kept per branch.
Functional support
Somebody who answers the question of how to do something in Odoo, not only what to do when it breaks.
We wrote the localisation other implementers rely on
That is the difference, and it is not a marketing line. When the tax authority changes a rule, we do not wait for somebody else to publish a fix.
We also run the servers the systems live on, so there is nobody to blame in between.
In production
Three implementations running today and one more under way, in retail and food service.
We know your sector
Shops, bakeries and restaurants: point of sale, branches, inventory and invoicing to the final consumer.
Migration already proven
We have moved a company with custom modules from an older version to Odoo 18, with its invoicing integrated.
One supplier, end to end
The ERP, the tax documents and the infrastructure underneath, answered by the same team.
