TQFactura
A multi-company platform for electronic tax documents in El Salvador. It issues, signs and transmits to the Ministry of Finance, and stores the official acknowledgement.
Integrating with the tax authority is regulated and unforgiving work: the document follows official schemas, it is digitally signed, and when the authority is unreachable the contingency has to be handled without stopping the client.

Automatic contingency
If the authority or the connection fails, documents are stored and retransmitted on their own once service returns.
Published libraries
Integration libraries for JavaScript and Python, so a system that already exists starts issuing without being rewritten.

Four modules of our own: Salvadoran localization, multi-branch operations, branch accounting and tax issuance.

Migration to Odoo 18 with electronic invoicing
A retail chain operating in El Salvador was running on an earlier version of Odoo with custom modules built around it, and needed to move to a current one without stopping the business.
They run on Odoo 18 today, with their tax documents issued from inside the ERP.

Data, configuration and custom modules carried across major versions, not rebuilt from zero.

The business rules that did not exist in Odoo were written as modules, and migrated with the rest.

Tax documents issued, signed and transmitted from Odoo, through our own invoicing platform.
Support afterwards
Functional support and development continue after go-live. The project did not end at the launch.
Corporate mail and IT support since 2015
We have operated the corporate mail of the same client without interruption since 2015: their own domain, their own webmail, the administration panel and day-to-day IT support.
In managed services the proof is not the launch. It is still being there eleven years later.
